Ecosystem unification

The three Phase 1 winning teams collaborate to unify the project management, communications, and showcase platforms into a single linked ecosystem — with shared navigation, single sign-on or deep links, and a migration plan for the remainder of the cohort. All other participants contribute pull requests to the winning platforms.
