Participant journey
Six weeks · projects, requirements, assessment
Weeks 1–3 are review-week contests: build, review every peer on GitHub, optionally upvote. The selected system operates for the cohort. Weeks 4–6 are external sprints — Ludwitt learning, startup, and open-source swarm — one week each.

Weeks 1–3 · Contests (review weeks)
- Week 1 · Project management — Project management platform · Review week
Build the project management platform the cohort will use to track work, deadlines, and motivation for the rest of the pilot.

Build the internal communications platform that replaces Discord as the cohort's primary channel.

Weeks 4–6 · External sprints
- Week 4 · Ludwitt learning — Learning engineer integration to Ludwitt
Build a learning application and integrate it with Ludwitt; success is a working, registered, instrumented app.
- Week 5 · Startup — Startup / entrepreneurship
Ship a venture package: investor materials, business plan, and a production application with external-user evidence.
- Week 6 · Open source swarm — Open source swarm
Contribute as a swarm: land at least one merged pull request in a qualified open-source project before pilot end.
